Schedule
The schedule feature allows you to set up a weekly schedule for your phone system, you will be able to direct the calls during certain days (for example weekdays) to a certain feature, group, user, or IVR during certain hours (for example, like during business hours), and set another schedule during certain days (for example weekends) to direct to a certain feature, group, user, or IVR.
Create a Weekday Schedule
To create a weekday schedule, click on manage.
Click on Schedule.
Click on New Schedule.
Rename the schedule and click Add.
You will be prompted with this screen.
Enter the time that this schedule will begin, click From.
And set the ending time of this schedule, click To.
Select the destination of the schedule, and click Go To.
Select the days of this schedule.
And when you're done, click Save.
Your schedule has been created successfully.
Create a Weekend Schedule
To create a weekend schedule, click on manage.
Click on Schedule.
Click on New Schedule.
Rename the schedule and click Add.
Enter the time that this schedule will begin, click From.
And set the ending time of this schedule, click To.
Select the destination of the schedule, and click Go To.
Select the days of this schedule.
And when you're done, click Save.
Your schedule has been created successfully.
